Introduction:
The multi-bag filter is a filter device in which the filter bag is supported by a metal mesh basket, the liquid flows in from the inlet, and flows out from the outlet after being filtered by the filter bag. Impurities are intercepted in the filter bag which can continue to be used after replacing the filter bag. It is reference to steel pressure vessels, made of high-quality stainless steel and manufactured according to quality standards. It has good sealing performance, excellent corrosion resistance, refined workmanship, safe and reliable.
The multi-bag filter is suitable for large-flow liquid filtration and the occasions where the filter bag is replaced after a long use. From 2 bags to 24 bags, the specifications are complete, the diameter of the inlet and outlet is 2"-18", the maximum flow rate is 80-960 cubic meters per hour, quick-opening design is available and the replacement of filter bags is very convenient.

Chemical properties of the filter material
The material used for the stainless steel filter cannot contain high concentration of fluoride ions, otherwise, anti-corrosion treatment such as fluorine lining, PE lining, PO lining, etc. of the filter should be considered.
The physical properties of the filter material
Select the appropriate filter element according to the viscosity, temperature and acrobatic content of the material
Appropriate precision of the filter element
The pore size of the selected filter element should be much smaller than the diameter of the general impurities
The pressure used by the sintered core
It must be controlled within 0.3MPa, otherwise regeneration will be more difficult
Suitable regeneration methods for filter elements
Choose different regeneration methods for different impurities, you can choose cleaning methods such as air, steam backflushing, backwashing, positive washing, pickling, alkali washing, ultrasonic cleaning, etc.
