Application:
This enzymolysis tanks is specially used for plants, animals, seafood and other substances to use enzymes as catalysts for decomposition reactions. Making molecules into small organic molecules, which are easy for the body to assimilate. The enzymatic hydrolysis tank can also be customized for Maillard enzymatic hydrolysis and collagen enzymatic.
The hygienic enzymolysis tank is a fully enclosed vertical three-layer structure with functions of heating, cooling, heat preservation and stirring. It is used in mixing and enzymolysis in dairy, food, bioengineering, beverage, fruit wine, daily chemical.
Product Features:
It has the functions of heating, cooling, heat preservation and stirring. After the enzymolysis is completed, kill the enzyme by add steam which heats up to 80~100°C to the jacket. After the enzyme is killed, discharge after cooling water into the jacket for cooling (the temperature control device can be installed to achieve the purpose of automatic temperature control and constant temperature, and reduce the labor of the operator).
Structural features:
1. Online CIP cleaning and SIP sterilization (121°C/0.15Mpa), equipped with online sampling device, convenient and hygienic.
2. The stirring device is customized according to the material characteristics, and the enzymolysis rate is high. The stirring transmission is stable and the noise is low.
3. Specially set up a device to prevent the material in the tank from being polluted if the reducer leaks oil, which is safe and reliable, and the material has no risk of pollution.
4. High heating and cooling efficiency, energy saving, and uniform heating ( or cooling).
5. An insulation layer is set between the jacket and the outer surface, and it is filled with high-temperature-resistant and anti-aging rock wool or pearl cotton for insulation, which not only insulates heat, saves heat energy, but also prevents operators from being burned.
6. The outer surface of the cylinder is mirror-polished with stainless steel plate, matte in primary color or matte in matte surface (optional), and the appearance is beautiful and neat.
7. The surface of the inner tank body is mirror-polished (roughness Ra<0.6μm); the openings nozzles of the inlet and outlet, sight mirrors, manholes and the welds of the inner tank body adopt the arc transition of stretching and flanging technology. Smooth and easy to clean, the production process is hygienic and stable.
